These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and ct999com ("ct999com," "we," "our," or "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ct999com.net. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any product or service offered by ct999com — including sports betting, casino games, slot games, and live dealer tables — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ct999com platform. Continued use of any ct999com service constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any updates thereto. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ct999com.

To register and use ct999com, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ct999com strictly prohibits access by minors and employs age-verification procedures to enforce this requirement.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ct999com or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion programme currently active on the ct999com platform or any linked responsible gaming network.
• You do not hold an existing ct999com account under any name, email address, or payment method. Only one account per person, household, IP address, or device is permitted.
• The funds you deposit with ct999com are not proceeds of criminal activity and are not being used for money laundering or terrorism financing purposes.

When registering for a ct999com account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. ct999com reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of a government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership — at any stage of the account relationship.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all login credentials associated with your ct999com account. You must notify ct999com support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ct999com will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

ct999com operates a single-account policy. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at ct999com's sole discretion, and any associated balances may be forfeited where there is evidence of abuse or circumvention of promotional limits.

ct999com processes all player funds in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 300 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set by ct999com at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. ct999com does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals.
• First withdrawal verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, ct999com will require successful completion of identity and payment method verification. This is a regulatory requirement and cannot be waived.
• Processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 120 minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Source of funds: ct999com may request evidence confirming the source of deposited funds where transactions exceed threshold levels set under applicable anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

All bets placed on ct999com are subject to the specific rules published for each sport or game type at the time the bet is accepted. The following general rules apply across all ct999com betting products:

• A bet is only valid once confirmed by ct999com's system and a bet reference number has been issued. Verbal or written confirmations from ct999com staff do not constitute acceptance of a bet.
• ct999com reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from human error, system error, or market data feed failure. Void bets will have stakes returned to the player's account balance.
• In-play bets on cricket, boxing, PSL, and other live sports are accepted subject to connection reliability. ct999com accepts no liability for failed bet submissions caused by player-side connectivity issues during live events.
• All bet settlements are based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body — ICC for international cricket, PCB for PSL fixtures, and recognised international boxing authorities for boxing markets.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to ct999com's specific rules for that sport or market, which are published within the betting interface.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market type. These limits are displayed in the bet placement interface. ct999com is not obligated to honour winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout for a given market.

ct999com offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds not wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer products, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates. Specific contribution rates are published within each promotion.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise. ct999com may require a promotional code to activate specific offers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ct999com platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game, or sporting event.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with ct999com products in any way not explicitly permitted.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in ct999com's platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to ct999com support immediately upon discovery.
• Sharing, selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of your ct999com account credentials or account balance to any third party.
• Making any false, misleading, or fraudulent representation to ct999com during registration, verification, or the dispute resolution process.
• Accessing the ct999com platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, including through the use of VPN services to mask your true location.

ct999com is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and have implemented a range of tools and policies to support player wellbeing:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their ct999com account via the account settings panel. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: ct999com allows players to set limits on the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion from ct999com by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent exclusion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ct999com platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, scrape, frame, or create derivative works from any ct999com content without prior written authorisation from ct999com. Any unauthorised use of ct999com intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ct999com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the ct999com platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ct999com shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside ct999com's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment provider failures, force majeure events, or regulatory actions.
• Any financial loss arising from your use of bonus funds, including any forfeiture of bonus balances due to failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep account credentials secure or your voluntary sharing of access with third parties.

ct999com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe, or where ct999com determines that continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, ct999com may withhold any balance pending full investigation. Balances in accounts closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct will be returned to the player following standard verification procedures, subject to any legally required holds on funds pending regulatory review.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their ct999com account may do so at any time by contacting support. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to standard verification checks.

ct999com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the ct999com website at least 7 days before the change takes effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the ct999com platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using ct999com and may close your account by contacting support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which ct999com holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts designated by ct999com's licensing authority for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through ct999com's internal dispute resolution process.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction that may apply to you.
